About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a large, advanced private practice group looking for a CRNA to provide superior care, working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. We are a physician-led organization focused on clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care, uniting leading gastroenterology and urology practices. Our model is built on physician leadership, preserving autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence. As a Management Services Organization (MSO), we provide national-scale infrastructure, analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support to reduce administrative burden, allowing physicians to focus on patients.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
