About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join the non-call team at CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. This role offers a rare no-call schedule, allowing you to fully disconnect after your shifts. Position Highlights: $285,000 – $343,750 annually (W2) No call required 7 weeks off annually Multiple schedule options available: o Mix of 8s/10s/12s (40 hrs/week/4-day schedule): $285K o 7a–5p (50 hrs/week): $343,750 o Alternating 7a–7p and 7a–3p: $295K Diverse case types: General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Urology, Endo, CV, Neuro, OB, and Vascular Anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 Anesthesiologists across hospital and outpatient settings Daily staffing: o Main hospital: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs o Outpatient centers: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs Supportive and collegial culture with excellent teamwork across the OR New grads are welcome and supported with training and mentorship
