About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Indianapolis, IN. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group, focused on providing superior care in collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The role emphasizes an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, offering flexible scheduling and no call, night, weekend, or holiday duties. The practice operates as a Management Services Organization (MSO), providing national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources to support physician-led specialty practices.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
