About The Position

We are seeking a service-oriented, independent-minded CRNA to complete our growing team just 7 miles from downtown Oklahoma City. This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, CRNA-led practice where you can work independently and truly practice at the top of your license. CRNAs perform their own cases and have the opportunity to further their regional skills. Training is available, and new grads are welcome. Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma (Currently, or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Proficiency in regional, general, ENT, endo, spinal and GYN cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Regional proficiency is preferred but facility will train.
• New grads are welcome.
• Comfortable practicing to the full scope of your license.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia management for general, orthopedic, endoscopy/GI, ENT (some peds), GYN, spine, and cath lab cases.
• Practice to the full scope of the CRNA license.
• Perform own cases.
• Further regional skills.
• Participate in call rotation (1:7), with post-call day off after OR-only call.
• Manage anesthesia for diverse patient populations.
• Adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
