About The Position
NorthStar is hiring Full Time CRNAs for a Floating role in Northern VA. This position offers great clinical leadership, autonomy, and an excellent work environment, particularly for those who enjoy regional anesthesia. New graduates and experienced CRNAs who enjoy regional blocks and bread and butter cases are encouraged to apply. The role provides hands-on regional training with exposure to high volume regional block cases in the Northern Virginia area. Physicians and CRNAs work together in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. Requirements
- Full-Time CRNA
- Ability to obtain privileges at specified facilities.
- Minimum 32 hours guaranteed per week.
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts.
- Must be available for Monday-Friday shifts.
Nice To Haves
- New graduate CRNAs are welcome.
- Experience with regional anesthesia and regional blocks.
- Experience with bread and butter cases.
- Enjoy doing regional blocks.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a variety of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Adapt to a variety of case types and clinical environments.
- Work in a collaborative care-team model with physicians.
- Provide coverage across multiple sites within a 20-mile radius.
