About The Position

Requirements

  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new grads considered.
  • Proficiency in pediatric and OB anesthesia, including spinals and epidurals, as well as general anesthesia and endoscopy cases.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

  • Practice within a collaborative 3-CRNA group.
  • Manage OR days, with most finishing by lunchtime unless on call.

  • Share call duties evenly among the team.
  • Deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations.
