About The Position
The Specialty Alliance, representing a large advanced private practice group, is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating effectively with CRNAs, Physicians, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) staff. The position is PRN only and offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus. The practice model is an independent CRNA practice with a high degree of autonomy, operating in a 2-room setting with the first case starting at 7 am. There is no requirement for call, nights, weekends, or holidays, and flexible scheduling is available. The environment is described as a close-knit atmosphere with excellent leadership.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
