This job provides anesthetic care for patients in the surgical setting. It involves assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing anesthetic management for all patients presenting for anesthesia care. The role requires continuous observation of patients under anesthetic care, correcting abnormal responses, and collaborating with attending physicians on the plan of care and clinical decision-making for issues outside the CRNA's scope. Additionally, the position involves participating in performance and/or quality improvement initiatives, adhering to legal and ethical standards, and acting as a clinical resource to the interdisciplinary health care team, potentially mentoring new staff or students.
