Requirements

Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma (Currently, or willing to obtain).
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, OB/GYN, neonatal, vascular and peds cases. New grads welcome!
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

Perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines.
Adhere to ERAS and regional anesthesia protocols.
Provide anesthesia for General, Urology, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, and Neonatal Surgery cases.
Participate in call rotations.
Work within a supervision model with 18-20 CRNAs covering 24 active anesthesia locations daily.
