About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented, experienced CRNA to join the team at Acadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC) in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is a solo-practice Endo setting offering autonomy, efficiency, and strong work-life balance within a cohesive, tenured team. The position involves working independently in an endoscopy-only setting, performing Upper EGD & Colonoscopies across 4 sites of service daily, averaging 45 cases per day. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with an average 35-hour work week and a peel-off system allowing early departure when cases finish.

- Board Certified

Responsibilities
- Perform anesthesia independently in a solo-practice endoscopy setting.
- Conduct Upper EGD and Colonoscopies.
- Manage anesthesia across 4 sites of service daily.
- Work collaboratively within a cohesive, tenured team.
