About The Position

The Opportunity You'll provide outpatient anesthesia for GI procedures in a dedicated endoscopy setting in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule — no nights, weekends, or holidays. You'll work in a low-acuity, collaborative environment that prioritizes CRNA autonomy and consistent hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care for outpatient GI and endoscopy procedures
• Perform pre-procedure patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff in a team-based, supportive environment
• Maintain documentation and follow established protocols in a structured outpatient setting

Benefits

• Up to $13,000 in annual bonuses — $5,000 performance bonus plus approximately $8,000 (one pay period bonus)
• 33–38 total days off per year — 5 weeks vacation (increasing to 6 weeks after 3 years) plus 8 paid holidays
• Weekday-only schedule — Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
