About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role is within a large, advanced private practice group, emphasizing collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff to provide superior care. The position offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on outpatient procedures. The Specialty Alliance itself is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources, aiming to preserve clinical autonomy while enabling growth and high-quality care.

- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
