About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff within a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and operates under an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy. The CRNA will focus on providing anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, conducting pre-anesthesia evaluations, managing airways and anesthesia administration, monitoring patients during procedures and recovery, and collaborating with the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.
