About The Position

The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to join its academic anesthesia faculty at UT Health Tyler. Requirements

  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesia cases.
  • Strong clinical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in anesthesia cases including Endoscopy, General, Major Vascular, ENT, OB/GYN, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Plastics and Podiatry.
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and working in an academic environment.
