About The Position

This CRNA-only practice site near the Texas coast is built for providers who want autonomy, a manageable schedule, and real time off. Work 35 weeks per year and earn $325,000 — with additional work available for providers who want to push compensation to $400K or more. Daily caseloads are short, most days end early, and the environment is low-pressure with a relaxed team culture. There is no MD supervision — you'll practice with full independence.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
• Comfortable working autonomously without MD supervision

Nice To Haves

• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred; training provided

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia independently in a CRNA-only facility
• Manage a light daily caseload with a predictable, early-finish schedule
• Participate in light call as part of the rotation
