About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a CRNA to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Opportunity Details: Formulation of an anesthetic plan in conjunction with the Attending Anesthesiologist, based on individual patient needs. Provision of anesthesia services to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Induction of general anesthesia using accepted methods, based on the anesthetic plan, and in accordance with the prescription of an Attending Anesthesiologist.

Requirements

Current NYS RN License and Registration, BSN, and MSN
Board Certification by the NBCRNA required within the first year of hire

Responsibilities

Formulation of an anesthetic plan in conjunction with the Attending Anesthesiologist, based on individual patient needs.
Provision of anesthesia services to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Induction of general anesthesia using accepted methods, based on the anesthetic plan, and in accordance with the prescription of an Attending Anesthesiologist.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $250,000 to $260,000 (based on years of state licensure) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $373,800 and $384,800 (based on years of state licensure), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $98,800.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
