About The Position

Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is looking for CRNAs seeking work-life balance to join our growing team within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System in Germantown, TN. CRNAs practice to their full scope, including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines. The role is supported by dynamic CRNA Chiefs committed to your success, and new graduates are welcomed. The practice environment is diverse, covering General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, and NORA cases across 40 anesthetizing locations within the system, with approximately 40,000 annual cases.

Requirements

Active state license
DEA
State CDS
Board certification required
ACLS
PALS
BLS

10+ years of experience (eligible for Seniority Premium)

Responsibilities

Practice to full scope of practice, including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines.
Participate in a diverse range of cases including General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, and NORA.
Work within a supportive care team model.
Teach and mentor residents (opportunities available).
