About The Position
Seeking an Independent CRNA near Savannah, GA, offering a great location, compensation, and quality of life with full autonomy. The anesthesia team consists of 3 Full-Time, Fully Independent CRNAs working collaboratively to deliver quality care. Each team member shares the workload equally while maintaining flexibility and customization. The schedule involves 2 weeks on and 1 week off, with most weeks having less than 40 hours of work in the OR. The scope of practice includes General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Endoscopies, and OB with Epidurals. This position is ideal for CRNAs who prefer to manage their own cases and have experience with spinals, blocks, and regionals.
Requirements
- Fully Independent CRNA.
- Experience performing spinals, blocks, regionals, etc.
- Ability to manage own cases.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality anesthesia care.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 3 Full-Time, Fully Independent CRNAs.
- Manage own cases, including spinals, blocks, and regionals.
- Provide anesthesia for General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Endoscopies, and OB with Epidurals.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $315,000 Annually
- PTO: 17 weeks/year
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 for a 3-year commitment
