About The Position
The CRNA specializes in anesthesia and is responsible for administering and maintaining effective and safe general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, analgesia, and monitored anesthesia care. The position is with Lake Huron Medical Center, a 139-bed community hospital providing inpatient and outpatient health care services to residents of St. Clair and Sanilac counties. The hospital is affiliated with Lake Huron Medical Group and is part of Prime Healthcare.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of anesthesia.
- Licensed as a CRNA in the State of Michigan.
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current certification.
- Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current certification.
- Current PALS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current certification.
- Experienced in the use of all anesthesia techniques, drugs, and monitoring devices.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification as a Nurse Anesthetist with AANA certification preferred.
