About The Position

This is a full-time position with a base compensation of $301,600, a $50,000 commencement bonus for a 3-year commitment, and an annual retention bonus of $41,600. The practice environment includes a 268-bed hospital with 9,400 cases per year, covering general, neuro, cardiac, ortho, GI, and Endo cases. It is a Level 2 Trauma Center with a full scope practice including regional anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, and arterial lines. The team utilizes an anesthesia tech team and offers comfortable shifts (8, 12, 16, or 24-hour) with flexibility for work/life balance. There are 3 dedicated on-call rooms for convenience.
Requirements
- Active MI license
- NBCRNA Certification
- ALS/BLS Certifications
- 3-year commitment for commencement bonus

Responsibilities

- Participate in on-call duties, including weeknights and weekend days.
