About The Position

Medical Associates Clinic, a physician-owned multi-specialty area leading healthcare group with 200+ providers and 100 years of service in Dubuque, is seeking a CRNA to practice at our Tri-State Surgery Center location. This position offers Mon-Fri Daytime hours with no nights and no call. The CRNA will practice independently with physician support as needed, performing their own lines, blocks, spinals, and epidurals. The practice setting is a same-day surgery center with a broad case mix including general, ortho, urology, peds, podiatry, OB/gyn, and endoscopy procedures, excluding heads and hearts. The role involves delivering anesthesia care, collaborating with medical staff, educating patients and families, and contributing to policy development.

Requirements

CRNA certification
Ability to practice independently with physician support as needed
Proficiency in performing lines, blocks, spinals, and epidurals

Nice To Haves

Experience with a broad case mix: general, ortho, urology, peds, podiatry, OB/gyn, and endoscopy procedures.

Responsibilities

Deliver anesthesia care across a wide variety of cases (general, MAC, blocks, epidurals, etc.)
Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff for optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on anesthesia and post-care
Contribute to policy and protocol development
