About The Position
We are seeking a service-minded CRNA to join our CRNA-only practice at a supportive facility offering full autonomy, a well-rounded case mix, and a true work-life balance. This unique 26-week-per-year position is ideal for providers looking to maximize time off while maintaining strong income and clinical growth. Requirements
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Kansas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA.
- Proficiency in general, ortho, endo, ENT, ophthalmology, general and OB/GYN cases.
- Strong clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
- Work autonomously and hone skills.
- Participate in a 1:6 call rotation, with a post-call day off.
- Adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
