About The Position

Blue Ridge Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center and is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative anesthesia team. Blue Ridge Surgery Center is a multi-specialty surgery center offering outpatient surgical services since 1984. It is conveniently located on the south side of Salem and about 20 minutes west of Roanoke at 1802 Braeburn Drive, on the campus of Lewis-Gale Medical Center.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
Experience as a CRNA.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Strong clinical skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a diverse case mix including GI, Orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Urology, Gynecology, and Podiatry.
Experience in an efficient ASC setting.

Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia to patients during surgical procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs and condition during anesthesia.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Manage patient recovery from anesthesia.
Maintain accurate patient records.
