About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an independent practice model with a high degree of autonomy. This role focuses on providing anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures within an established physician-led organization. The Specialty Alliance is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources, enabling physicians to focus on patients and preserving clinical autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
