About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team at UT Health Athens, a 127-bed, multi-specialty hospital in Athens, Texas. The facility provides a broad scope of medical services. CRNAs practice independently, with eight CRNAs on site daily and an anesthesiologist present once a week. The call schedule is 1:7. Case types include bread-and-butter general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy/GI, urology, ENT, and OBGYN; no head cases are listed. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, and training is available. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position is offered as a 1099 role with compensation of $320,000 and seven weeks off. Malpractice and tail coverage are provided, along with access to group benefits through preferred partnerships and support from a Corporate Clinical Leader.
