About The Position

National Partners in Healthcare, a National Practice Management company, is seeking talented and engaged Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their team in the DFW metroplex. This position is located at Medical City Arlington, a Level II Trauma Center in Arlington, TX. The role involves practicing in a busy environment with a variety of cases and offers opportunities for teaching and training to foster independent CRNA practice. The medical supervision ratio is primarily 1:3, and CRNAs will perform a full scope of practice including placing spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial/central lines, etc. There are two physicians in-house 24/7, and the EMR system used is Graphium with point-of-care charting.

Requirements

NBCRNA Certification (or in process of obtaining).
Texas license.
ACLS Card.
PALS Card.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Level II Trauma Center.
Experience with Graphium EMR.
Experience placing spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial/central lines.

Responsibilities

Practice as a CRNA at Medical City Arlington, a Level II Trauma Center.
Cover a variety of cases including General, B&B Regional for Ortho Spine, OB epidurals, GI/Endo, Ortho, Urology, EP/Cath Lab, Cardiovascular, Vascular/Thoracic.
Perform a full-scope CRNA practice, including placing spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial/central lines.
Participate in teaching and training to function independently.
Work with a primary 1:3 ratio under medical supervision.
Provide anesthesia for OB epidurals in a busy OB service with in-house CRNA at night.
