About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center in Providence, RI. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group. The role involves providing superior anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers a flexible scheduling model with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, and operates under an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy. Both 1099 and W-2 per diem options are available.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
