About The Position

Meritus Medical Center, in partnership with Anesthesia Management Solutions (AMS), is seeking CRNAs to join their expanding 1099 PRN provider team in Hagerstown, Maryland. The anesthesia team is expanding coverage opportunities across both Meritus Medical Center and their growing ASC network. The PRN model is designed to provide flexibility, with no minimum monthly shift requirement. CRNAs will have opportunities to maintain and expand skills in regional blocks, spinals, and epidurals. Meritus Medical Center is a 300+ bed Level III Trauma Center serving Western Maryland and the surrounding region, offering advanced anesthesia technology, new anesthesia machines, and EPIC electronic medical record with training. The hospital has a broad case mix including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Urology, GI/Endoscopy, Cath Lab, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology. Meritus supports more than 2,200 births annually, providing substantial obstetric anesthesia experience. PRN opportunities extend to three ASC locations: C.P. Choudari Surgery Center, Meritus Robinwood Endoscopy Center, and the new Meritus Urology location opening in early 2027. The PRN teams are being built now to create a strong provider pool across the Hospital and ASC network.
