About The Position

This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for an associate-level professional to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative healthcare environment. You will be an integral part of our surgical team, ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures. As a CRNA, you will manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical and diagnostic cases, working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff. Your expertise will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes and a smooth perioperative experience. Requirements

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (CRNA certification required or eligible).
Associate-level experience in anesthesia practice preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring.
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working with patients and care teams.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Ability to work flexible full-time, on-site schedules, including call coverage as needed.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with anesthesia best practices.
Must be board-certified

Responsibilities

Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures.
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans based on patient history and medical status.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
Manage airway and ventilation, and respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
Document anesthesia care accurately and thoroughly in patient records.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient procedures.
Provide post-anesthesia care and support patients during recovery, managing pain and side effects.
Ensure all anesthesia equipment is properly maintained, tested, and ready for use.
Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative expectations.
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
