About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team at Nassau University Medical Center, on Long Island in East Meadow, NY. This role is a full-time position within a care team model, offering a great case mix including OB/Trauma/Neuro/Ortho. The position is located at Nassau University Medical Center, a 533-bed L1 Trauma center with 10 ORs, performing approximately 8,200 annual cases.
Requirements
- Active NY license
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care within a care team model.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage a variety of cases including OB, Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho.
- Participate in a high-volume surgical environment.
