About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a healthcare organization in Manchester, TN to find a 1099 (Independent Contractor) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team. This is an independent practice opportunity within a collaborative surgical environment that values clear, respectful communication among anesthesia providers, surgeons, nurses, and surgical technicians. The anesthesia team currently includes 2 full-time CRNAs and 3 PRN CRNAs, with an independent practice model supporting a diverse surgical and procedural case mix.

Requirements

Current RN license + APRN licensure/credentialing
NBCRNA certification & Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
1+ year of experience as a CRNA
Ability to practice independently in a surgical environment
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with general, orthopedic, vascular, urologic, endoscopy, and pain procedures
Experience performing ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia

Responsibilities

Provide independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural services
Deliver general anesthesia and regional anesthesia services
Provide ultrasound-guided regional blocks
Care for patients undergoing orthopedic, vascular, urology, endoscopy, pain, and general surgical procedures
Practice across 3 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room
Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, technicians, and other anesthesia providers
Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and professionalism
Complete accurate anesthesia documentation using paper-based charting
Participate in the anesthesia call schedule
Support the anesthesia team during scheduled and late-day cases as needed
