Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Texas CRNA licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure
- Strong independent anesthesia practice experience
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently manage cases
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to accommodate varying surgical schedules
- Excellent professional references
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume outpatient surgical center
- Independently manage anesthesia care for cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
- Care primarily for healthy ASA I–II patients
- Support procedures including: Body contouring surgeries, Facial plastic surgery procedures, Combination cosmetic surgeries, Select spine procedures, Bariatric procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and the broader perioperative team
- Adjust scheduling and availability to align with surgical volume fluctuations
Benefits
- Earn up to $320,000 annually
- Approximately 5 weeks off
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time, 26 weeks per year, or arrangements in between
- Competitive 1099 compensation model
- Hourly compensation ranging from $135–$175 per hour, based on experience
- No call responsibilities
- Weekday-focused schedule with optional Saturday cases
- Opportunity to increase earnings through additional hours
- Support available for LLC setup and business structuring
