About The Position

About the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue Founded in 2021, the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue (KITDP) is a first-of-its-kind institution advancing a critical mission: ensuring that technology advances freedom—not authoritarian control. We are building a Global Trusted Tech Network of governments, companies, and leaders committed to deploying trusted technologies aligned with democratic values. Our work sits at the intersection of national security, emerging technology, and global diplomacy—and our ability to operate at scale depends on the strength of our systems. Why This Role Matters At KITDP, our network is our strategy. The CRM & Systems Manager will play a foundational role in building and scaling that network—serving as the architect and steward of the systems that power our partnerships, fundraising, Academy growth, and global engagement. This is not a data entry role. This is a systems leadership role. You will establish the CRM as the single source of truth for the Institute—designing the structure, enforcing governance, and driving adoption across the organization so that leadership can make informed, real-time decisions and maximize impact. In your cover letter, please include a brief note outlining your experience building and scaling CRM systems and driving adoption across organizations.
