About The Position

abra SAP department is seeking a ERP/CRM Systems Implementer to join our growing team. We are looking for a hands-on ERP/CRM Systems Implementer with 4–5 years of experience in implementing ERP/CRM solutions, including business process analysis and writing functional specification documents. In this role, you will be implementing and analyzing SAP CRM Cloud (SAP CRM V2) systems, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Systems Implementer (e.g., SAP B1, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM)
• Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Experience in writing functional and system specification documents (BRD, FSD)
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects is highly desirable, including analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure CRM systems based on business requirements, with hands-on work on SAP CRM Cloud (SAP CRM V2)
• Analyze and map business processes, translating them into effective system solutions
• Write detailed functional and system specification documents (BRD / FSD)
• Support end-to-end CRM projects for new clients – from initial analysis, through implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
• Collaborate closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and guidance for CRM solutions
