About The Position

abra SAP department is looking for a CRM/ERP Systems Implementer.
We are looking for a hands-on ERP/CRM Systems Implementer with at least 2 years of experience in implementing CRM or ERP solutions. In this role, you will be working on SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) and SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, as part of a professional team.
Full-time position, based in the Sharon area, Israel.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a CRM or ERP Implementer
• Good understanding of business processes and system analysis
• Experience working with APIs and tools such as Postman
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

• Basic experience with SQL – an advantage

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure CRM solutions based on business requirements, working with SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud) and SAP CDP
• Analyze and map business processes, translating them into effective system solutions
• Support end-to-end implementation projects, from analysis through go-live
• Work closely with development and technical teams, including API integrations
• Use tools such as Postman for testing and validating integrations
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for CRM solutions
