As the Americas Region CRM Specialist, you will act as key expert, facilitator, trainer, and resource to ensure the proper and consistent use of MS Dynamics for maximum business value. The Specialist will be the key catalyst in the region to facilitate the input, tracking, and management of business prospects, leads, contacts, and opportunities within the CRM to effectively measure sales pipeline. The role is also responsible for supporting the CRM-related needs of cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Marketing, by enabling effective use of CRM data, tools, and workflows to drive collaboration and performance across the organization. And for representing the regional needs to the global team responsible for enterprise-wide platform management.
