We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who is equal parts marketer, analyst, and builder - someone who’s passionate about customer engagement and excited to make a measurable impact across email, SMS, and loyalty programs. You’ll support our Senior Manager , Loyalty & CRM in driving owned -channel strategy for The Container Store, helping to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys pairing the right audiences with the right messages to optimize both marketing goals and business outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves analytics, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and wants to grow their expertise in omni-channel CRM marketing. This individual should understand cross-channel communication planning across email, push notification and SMS for omni-channel journey planning. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
