•$100,000 - $100,000•Remote

About The Position

The CRM Specialist - Strategy & Customer Journey is a strategic, customer-experience-focused CRM specialist who helps clients understand how customers move through the lifecycle, where the experience breaks down, and what actions can improve it. This role combines journey strategy with hands-on CRM analysis and implementation: the specialist facilitates journey discovery and mapping, queries CRM data to validate hypotheses and size opportunities, and builds or adjusts journeys and segments when needed. Based within Level’s Martech & Analytics team, the role identifies friction points and missed opportunities across customer touchpoints and turns findings into prioritized recommendations. The specialist works with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to explore customer data, assess CRM data health, support segmentation and personalization, and translate strategy into implementation-ready requirements. The position also contributes to measurement plans and testing, presents findings to clients and internal teams, partners with CRM specialists and developers, and documents decisions and recommendations. Level Agency is an AI-powered performance marketing agency serving complex, high-consideration brands. Its 250-person team works remotely across the U.S. and Canada, supporting more than 150 brands. The role is fully remote and open to residents of the U.S. and Canada; occasional travel for company events and team working sessions may be required. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. The role expects active, iterative use of AI tools to improve work, along with documenting and sharing learnings. Compensation is $100,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates and $100,000 CAD for Canada-based candidates.
