About The Position

Hilco Global is seeking an Associate, CRM Reporting, to join their CRM and Corporate Intelligence team. This senior individual-contributor role will lead enterprise analytics workstreams through influence, focusing on planning, developing, and executing operational functions within CRM platforms like Salesforce for Hilco Global's divisions. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and combines data analytics with thoughtful analysis of CRM and adjacent data to provide business-building industry insights. The role will leverage Hilco Global's overall data strategy, including the Data Lake, Salesforce, Workday, and other syndicated data sources to promote business development and drive enterprise growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Three or more years of progressive experience in CRM analytics, business intelligence, revenue or sales operations, financial analysis, or commercial reporting.
Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
Strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including multi-source data reconciliation and executive-ready analysis.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data.
Exposure to an ERP, finance system, data warehouse, or enterprise data platform; Workday is preferred.
Experience automating recurring reporting workflows and maintaining documented datasets, business rules, and quality controls.
Applied experience with pipeline, forecasting, revenue, ROI, attribution, customer, or relationship analytics.
Strong communication and workstream-management skills, with the ability to explain assumptions and limitations, meet deadlines, collaborate across functions, and handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python, Tableau, Oracle, external market-data platforms, financial or professional services, and approved AI-assisted analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver enterprise CRM reporting and executive insights, owning recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages and Power BI dashboards.
Perform ad hoc commercial analyses and translate findings into concise executive narratives with clear risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
Strengthen pipeline intelligence and forecasting by analyzing pipeline health, conversion rates, sales-cycle length, average deal size, and win rates.
Produce revenue outlooks from current engagements, weighted pipeline, recurring business, and historical conversion, reconciling forecasts to actuals.
Measure business development and marketing effectiveness by developing ROI and attribution analyses for various firm activities.
Build practical contact- and event-value scoring frameworks and document attribution rules, assumptions, and limitations.
Integrate and govern commercial data by combining data from Salesforce, Workday, enterprise data-platform, and external sources, performing reconciliation and quality checks.
Automate repeatable data preparation and reporting workflows using Power BI, Power Query/DAX, SQL, AI, Excel, and other approved tools.
Transform data into decision support and corporate intelligence by developing company, account, and relationship insights.
Support predictive and AI-assisted analytics with validation, source traceability, and appropriate human review.
Lead assigned analytics workstreams from requirements through testing and rollout, coordinating stakeholders, and providing informal guidance to analysts.
