About the Role The Athletic is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end execution of high-impact campaigns focused on engaging, retaining, and converting our readers. This role will manage the full process from audience segmentation and campaign build to QA, deployment, and monitoring. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric, technically-minded, detail-oriented marketer who can balance manual production needs with a vision for modernizing our workflows through AI and automation.
