RxSight® is an ophthalmic medical technology corporation headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California that has commercialized the world’s first and only adjustable intraocular lens (IOL) that is customized after cataract surgery. The company’s mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye. OVERVIEW: RxSight, Inc. is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to own and evolve our Salesforce platform in support of our commercial organization. This role is responsible for system strategy, administration, optimization, and adoption across Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce technical expertise with the ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including administration and system optimization.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM best practices, and commercial operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce platform expertise

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting sales compensation, forecasting, or territory planning processes high desired.
  • Experience in a medical device, healthcare, or regulated environment preferred.
  • Prior experience managing CRM analysts, administrators, or external vendors.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce CRM platform, including roadmap development, system configuration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Finance, and IT to align CRM capabilities with commercial strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead enhancements related to pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, territory alignment, and integrations.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, automation, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance with company policies.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party Salesforce applications and integrations as needed.
  • Drive CRM adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing user support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and operational users by translating requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Lead CRM-related projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements on time and within scope.
  • Support initiatives related to sales planning, quota management, compensation administration, and analytics as needed.
