We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Salesforce CRM trainer to support Salesforce user adoption and business effectiveness across the bank. This role is critical in equipping employees with the knowledge and skills to leverage Salesforce for client management, sales tracking, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate understands Salesforce and the nuances of the banking services industry and can proactively develop and deliver high-impact training that empower our employees to effectively use Salesforce. The candidate will be responsible for creating customized training content, leading in-person and virtual sessions, and supporting user adoption across various teams.
