Centric Brands is excited to invite the next generation of creative, curious, and collaborative individuals to join us for the Summer 2026 Internship Program. Our internship program is designed to immerse undergraduate and recently graduated participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands to help develop a strong cross-functional foundation. Our program pairs interns with mentors who are experts in their field for one-on-one learning and professional development. Interns will also work with cross-functional teams to analyze and present strategies and recommendations to real business focuses for Centric Brands. We are very interested and invested in the knowledge and unique talents you bring as an individual. Your ideas and energy directly contribute to the success of Centric Brands. Interns accepted into our SUMMER 2026 paid ten (10) week program will: Work closely with our brands and businesses, Collaborate on innovative team projects, Attend business focused, brand focused and career focused learning sessions, and Participate in our philanthropic and culture initiatives – including our Centric Cares programs and Employee Resource Groups

Requirements

  • Must be a college undergraduate Rising Senior or Recent Graduate (during Summer 2026) to be eligible to participate
  • Ability to work in LA for the full 10-week program from early-June to mid-August
  • Demonstrated interest in the fashion industry through B.A./B.S. Degree program, prior internship experiences, course selections, or extracurricular activities
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative
  • Creativity, innovative, technical capability and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products and PC or Mac computers

Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM Manager in executing email and SMS campaigns in Bluecore and Attentive, including campaign setup, testing, QA, and scheduling across four brands
  • Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams to help ensure timely delivery of assets and accurate campaign execution for each brand
  • Assist in maintaining a centralized campaign calendar, helping track launches, promotions, and key storytelling moments across Joe’s Jeans, Hudson Jeans, Hervé Léger, and Favorite Daughter
  • Help execute A/B tests and support campaign performance analysis by compiling reports and summarizing key insights across brands
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues or inconsistencies to the CRM team
  • Assist with maintaining audience lists, segmentation, and data hygiene within CRM platforms to ensure accurate targeting
  • Support the maintenance and updates of on-brand email and SMS templates, ensuring consistency with each brand’s voice and aesthetic
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive CRM practices in fashion and ecommerce
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks while contributing ideas to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
