About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. This role involves translating technical specifications into fully functional solutions, supporting system integrations, and working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in programming, analysis, and application development
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages
  • Experience with application design, design patterns, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of relational and hierarchical databases
  • Experience with query languages and information retrieval packages
  • Experience with communication protocols and integration
  • Knowledge of structured development methodologies
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, Collections)
  • Strong PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripting skills
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator, ETL, and data warehousing concepts
  • Knowledge of SQL tuning and partitioning
  • 10+ years of Siebel configuration, design, development, and integration experience
  • 5+ years of Siebel integration with tools such as Adobe AEM and J2EE
  • 5+ years working with Siebel EIM/EAI
  • 3+ years hands-on with Siebel IP18
  • Experience with Siebel components (Assignment Manager, Workflows, Applets, Views, Scripts)
  • Expertise with Siebel Tools and Web Templates
  • Strong experience with Siebel Open UI and architecture
  • Experience with UI integration and migration tools
  • Siebel certification (8.x or above)
  • Experience with OBIEE and Power BI reporting
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Understanding of Open UI concepts (PM, PR, Manifest, Mapping files)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with OBIEE and Java/ADF
  • Experience with public sector CRM modules and systems

Responsibilities

  • Translate technical design specifications into working, tested applications
  • Develop detailed programming specifications and write/generate high-quality code
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
  • Provide technical support for software implementation, conversion, and migration activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using structured methodologies
  • Support application deployment and resolve post-implementation issues
  • Document technical solutions and provide system/user documentation
  • Participate in design walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions
