About The Position

The CRM & Data Specialist will support the client’s commercial organization by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and governance of CRM data while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong pharma experience, hands-on expertise with Life Sciences CRM platforms (Veeva, OCE, or similar), and a solid foundation in data stewardship or data governance. Candidates with either CRM or data stewardship depth will be considered; those with both will be highly competitive. KMK is a leading data analytics and technology consulting firm supporting the Life Sciences industry with advanced commercial analytics, CRM solutions, and data-driven decision support. We partner with top pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to optimize commercial operations and elevate customer engagement through high-quality data, technology, and strategic expertise. We are seeking a CRM & Data Specialist to join our team as a replacement for an existing role. This individual will play a key part in supporting CRM operations, data governance, and commercial data processes for one of our major pharmaceutical clients.

Requirements

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Life Sciences CRM platforms, such as: • Veeva, OCE, or equivalent CRM systems used in pharma
  • Experience in data stewardship, data governance, or commercial data management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data flows, data quality processes, and commercial operations.
  • Candidates may come from roles such as: • Data Steward • CRM Analyst • Data Governance Specialist • Sales Operations Analyst (CRM-focused)
  • Technical backgrounds are welcome if candidates have strong CRM and data process understanding.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day CRM operations, including data validation, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain and execute data stewardship processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Data Governance, IT/IS, and Commercial teams to support CRM workflows and data needs.
  • Monitor data quality and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to CRM-related process improvements and documentation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Life Sciences CRM platforms (Veeva, OCE preferred).
  • Support cross-functional discussions and technical evaluations as needed.
  • Partnering with field force, resolving sales reps issues/questions.
