About The Position

We’re a family-owned manufacturer of custom attachments for heavy construction equipment. As we grow, we’re investing in smarter systems to improve how we serve customers and how our teams work every day. We’re looking for a CRM Automation & AI Systems Specialist to own our customer-facing automation today and help lead the rollout of AI tools and workflows across the company. This role is hands-on, practical, and impact-driven , not theoretical AI work. This position is based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

Have 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM platforms
Have built 10+ complex workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Are comfortable with JavaScript in CRM custom code and/or Python scripting
Enjoy digging into workflows to find where customers or employees get stuck — and fixing it
Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams

Responsibilities

Build and optimize CRM workflows (lead nurture, abandoned cart, post-purchase follow-ups)
Automate order-status communications via email and SMS (“shipped,” “delayed,” “ready for pickup”)
Reduce friction from quote ? purchase using dynamic tools, triggers, and follow-ups
Identify customer drop-off points and implement automation to improve conversion and retention
Identify, implement, and maintain AI tools that support sales, operations, customer service, and internal teams
Integrate AI systems into existing CRM, ERP, and operational workflows
Develop clear documentation, standards, and best practices for AI usage
Train departments on how to effectively and responsibly use AI tools in their daily work
Serve as the internal go-to resource for automation and AI adoption
Manage SaaS vendors and integrations (Zapier/Make, Twilio, Stripe webhooks, CRM platforms)
Build and maintain automation logic using custom code where needed
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and scalable architecture
