Requirements

1-2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a software or technology environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage daily CRM data entry, cleansing, and validation tasks.
Assist in segmenting customer data for targeted communications.
Generate and distribute regular CRM reports on customer activity and campaign performance.
Work with marketing and sales teams to implement CRM best practices and automation.
Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and recommend enhancements.
Support user training and troubleshoot CRM-related issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
