Backed by leading venture capital firms, Inspira Education is expanding its CRM operations team and seeking a CRM Administrator to help scale and strengthen their systems and processes. This role is highly impactful, partnering with CRM leadership and collaborating with marketing, sales, and student success teams to drive efficiency globally. The CRM Administrator will support and enhance CRM operations by improving workflows, refining processes, and ensuring systems evolve with the business. They will work hands-on in HubSpot, enabling DTC sales motions, reporting, and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is key to scaling Inspira’s revenue funnel through process improvements, providing teams with the right tools and data, and contributing to actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and demonstrates a strong bias toward action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. This role requires 5-days a week in-office (Gramercy).
