We're looking for experienced Account Executives - specializing in CRM sales - to join our newest build-out here in Denver supporting our CRM product! https://monday.com/crm About The Role This is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling CRM sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our CRM product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform. The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our CRM product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion. Lead discovery and CRM-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 CRM product in the market Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience selling a dedicated CRM SaaS solution
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required.
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
  • Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
