About The Position
R3 Continuum is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join their network in Montgomery and surrounding areas in Alabama. This role involves providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events. As an independent consultant, you will benefit from comprehensive crisis response training, a flexible schedule, personalized support, simple electronic reporting through a mobile app, and the opportunity for supplemental income.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the State of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
